I think you're worrying about the Shop match-up too much.  I am pounding Shops senseless with the correct build from my last article.  Pre-board, you're Oath, so you have a leg-up, and post-board, Demon fetching land drops or hate cards is usually more than enough to win.  If they Metamorph your Demon, it can be annoying, but rarely stops you from actually winning, since you can bounce with Jace, Hurks, use Claim, set up all the turns with Key/Vault, etc.  And of course, you may just be able to never pass the turn once you get going, if you've had sufficient counters and hate before you get Oath active.
