Not really much to discuss; just pointing out that, unless I'm missing something, this is strictly better in many ways to Krosan Reclamation in combo Oath decks. The only con I see is that it's REB-able. In exchange it casts for blue from your hand, costs one less to Flash back, pitches to Force, and if it's ever relevant can shuffle back one more card (for example if you're playing it defensively against Dredge).

As someone who hasn't really put much time into Oath, does this extra utility make combo/YawgWill versions noticeably better?

Noticably better, no.....but this card is an upgrade in every way.  It makes strategies like critterless oath and hermit druid better if you can get off this and yawg will.makes the combo cost 4 instead of 5.
