Enchantress' Mastery {1}  {G}
Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Player
Enchantment spells enchanted player casts cost  {1} less to cast.

The only thing I'm not sure on is whether it should be an Aura or not.

Current Wording:

Enchantress' Mastery {1}  {G}
Enchantment

Enchantment spells cost {1} less to cast.

Is there a reason for it to be an aura?  It works perfectly fine without that added complexity.  ('you cast cost')

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.

Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops.  I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.

That's pretty much the only thing that I would consider changing at the moment, and I was erring on the Aura side more for a multiplayer capacity (thinking of 2HG and Emperor formats).  If that's not a large consideration, then, yes, it could easily just be a plain enchantment.

I think it would also be fine making it affect all players if your purprose is multiplayer.

Okay, then.  I'll edit it to just say "Enchantment spells cost  {1} to cast."

ETA: Possibly add a Sacrifice effect to get back dead enchantments, similar to Sterling Grove's tutor effect?

Might be too much, since having two of these lets you loop indefinitely (mana allowing). I realize it's not an inherently gamebreaking effect, but to my understanding WOTC generally tries to avoid loops that are so easily achieved. With an enchantress down (and this card is practically tailor made for enchantress decks), that works out to {1} {G}: Draw a card.

I suppose it's mostly the thought that this format is just one big Mistake; and not even a very sophisticated one at that.
Much like humanity itself.
