Grudge Match IVThe Player's Meeting is at 11:55am. If you are late to the event, you will be subject to a Round 1 loss. This is the only way we can keep an event of this size running smoothly. Proxy Rules: Players are allowed to play with 1-10 proxies for free, and have proxies 11-15 available for $1.00 each, if they're needed. An acceptable proxy is one where a card's relevant information is written in sharpie on a basic land (usually plains) OR a card that is similar in nature has the different parts of it erased and replaced (treasure hunt being modified to be time walk, for instance, since it's a Blue Sorcery that is 1U).

NEV SeriesThis event is a part of the NEV Series, brought to you by myself (Nick Coss), Top Deck Games, Nick Detwiler, and Brother's Grim! Players who play Vintage at NEV Series events have the chance to qualify for the
FREE NEV Championship at the end of the year, where over $5,000 in prizes are being given out, including 8 of the Power 9 (the good 8, don't worry). Players also qualify for Player's Club levels, that give them benefits throughout the year! More information can be found

Team Competition:As always, this event will be team-based. However, there are a few changes in store, which I hope you are as excited about as I am. As always, there will be three teams representing the three regions (For those of you not in the know, they are New York, Philadelphia, and New England). Three man teams will be voted upon by members of the region they belong to. Here are links to the thread to vote for

In Grudge Matches past, only the people representing regions got to play as a team. WELL NO MORE! Now, if you aren't representing a region, you can still sign up your very own three man team. To sign up a team, all you need is a team name and $10!
While the "ringers" of each region are competing for Vintage fame and glory, you can win extra prizes for denying them that satisfaction! If you are part of a non-region team and you beat a "ringer" during the swiss, you get a Booster Pack of Dark Ascension, in addition to the satisfaction that comes from knowing that you just beat one of the best our regions have to offer. The team that wins the Grudge Match gets their names engraved on the LARGEST TROPHY I CAN FIND, to have it displayed at a store of the team's choice until the next Grudge Match. Think of this as our Stanley Cup. For the team that wins the overall team competition, each player will win a trophy and $10 dealer credit!

Prizes are: 1st Place gets a box!
Vintage 8-Man$10 per person.
Prizes are: 1st: $60 in table credit, 2nd: $20 in table credit.
Top Deck Games will be on site as a vendor to satisfy all of your card buying and selling needs. We have an extensive selection of tournament playable cards, and will most likely have what you need, including any cards from Dark Ascension! That said, if you know you will be needing some niche cards, it can't hurt to let us know beforehand. Call us at (856)-858-2700 during business hours, and we'll be happy to have them ready for you at the show. All we ask is that you commit to buying what you have us set aside for you.
Because we depend on buying and selling singles to make running these events possible, there is a strict policy not allowing people to buy and sell cards with anyone other then the store. We have banned people from our events in the past for this, don't make us prove it.
