Purpose:  Bandwidth fees are expensive and no one likes sifting through dozens of posts to find one that is worthwhile.  Specific examples of posts that violate this rule include, but are not limited to:

Bruizar, what does this thread offer to TMD?  Furthermore, how does the use of expletives make your point any better?

Seriously, Disgrace?  Grafdigger's Cage? Thalia? For Legacy, what about Gravecrawler?  There's alot of interesting cards in the set, even if the power level is weak.  Remember, even Kamigawa gave us Jitte and Kataki.
