Multiplayer Discard Deck with Power

So most of the time when I play Magic its with my friends in 3, 4, or 5 person games. My discard deck has long since needed an overhaul so I was thinking of redesigning it and sub in some fun power and rare cards when I'm not playing in a vintage tournament. (I use the same sleeves for all my decks so this wouldn't be hard) I'd like to abide by the vintage restriction list though, just because I do in all of my casual decks.

I'm still brainstorming, no pun intended, on what cards to put in, but I'm open to suggestions of course. A skeleton frame so far could include:
