I'm reading about the Magic events going on at PAX East and I'm seeing that they are running 8 mans all day for a ton of formats(including vintage).  So the question is, who will be there slinging vintage that weekend?  Would be awesome to get a small group to keep vintage events running all day.

For those of us who remain ignorant, what is PAX East?

I would imagine that most of the NY/LI guys who are interested in playing Vintage are going to be down at Mark's on Saturday for the Time Walk tournament.

Pretty much, it's $35 dollars a day for whatever they have. And it's in Boston.

Also, the schedule isn't up. How do you know what they are running?

There is the link for most of the events running for the weekend(april 6, 7 and 8).  PAX east is like a combo of E3 and ComicCon.  I am going to be there regardless, would be nice to battle some vintage over the weekend.

So, you have to pay $35 per day and then that much more? Pass. ICON has cheaper events than that.

I don't think you are understanding the size of PAX.  Its absolutely massive and plus I'm not asking people to come out just for vintage but it would be cool if people that were going to be there brought some vintage decks to battle.

Sadly I would never bring my vintage stuff to PAX.  I would love to get some vintage in, but that place is thief's dream.  Lots of people, play areas with people moving in and out all the time and a ton of stuff to distract you.  I'll be there for some MiniMaster
