Something like that. Not sure about the casting cost or instant/sorcery-ness, but yeah something along those lines. This would...

• ...be immediately restricted in Vintage but not overpowered next to the other tutors, and give combo a much-needed shot in the arm as well as complimenting Vamp and DT in blue decks.
• ...be immediately banned in Legacy.
• ...be quite balanced in the current Standard, and maybe enable SOME sort of combo deck there.

Thoughts?

edit: on second thought, any tutor this powerful would be degenerate in Standard of any era. Was just thinking how goddamned BORING and un-skill-intensive the current Standard is, in part due to the lack of good tutor effects (except Snapcaster, which is a kind of weak tutor).

Grim Tutor isn't actually that degenerate in a Standard with a strong tempo deck.
