I still occasionally put one or two in my list. Though most people in my local meta don't run graffdigger's main. I wouldn't say that grudge is dead at all. Even though it is potentially a dead card in the yard with cage in play you still have a couple other factors to considers.
1. Playing against control decks that don't run cage this card can be incredibly powerful especially stopping early vault/key wins or punishing them for keeping a hand that's light on land by eating a sol ring or mana crypt.
2. Even against graffdigger's if grudge ends up in your opening hand, you can hard cast it at 2. Though it is sometimes difficult for dredge to do, it's not impossible.
That being said, I don't know that I would run more than 1 or 2 at this point, but I wouldn't say that it's completely dead yet.
