Ive been watching some videos from 2012 bazaar of moxen and saw some things that made me wonder.

First.
Vintage finals dredge vs mud. About 6 minutes in the dredge player has 2 bridge from below in his graveyard. The mud player activated his factory turning it into a creature then wastelanded it. The bridges were not exiled. Why not?

Second. I watched several of Fabian moyschiewitz games and noticed at least rice that he had. City of traitors out. Then takes a wasteland from his hand and blows up his opponents land and bins it immediately but did not bin the cit of traitors. Honest mistakes or cheats?

I'm just getting ino vintage. Are there a lot of players out there that will try to Chet or have " honest" mistake?

Thanks

Steve

I have not watched any videos from BoM. In the first scenario, did the Dredge player have Leyline of the Void in play? I have no explanation for the second scenario.

Very few Vintage players will try to bend the rules to their advantage, and even fewer will try to cheat outright. Everyone, I'm sure including you, from time to time will make an honest mistake. I would like to think Vintage is a more "gentlemanly" format, but you should still keep your opponent honest. Shuffle or at least cut your opponent when they present their deck, keep track of life totals with pen and paper, watch for missed triggers, etc.
