I'm very surprised that Thoughtseize was not included in Modern Masters.

That little black sorcery's price has been continually increasing. Does this mean that it will only continue to grow?

MM2 or M14/Theros.
Almost certainly not M14, given that R&D believes that 'new players,' the core set's target audience, don't like having drawbacks on cards.  (Though I think they allow exceptions at Rare/Mythic, so it is possible, but quite unlikely.)  It would be good to see in Theros since it does seem to be a stark omission from MM.

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.

Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops.  I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.

I wish the hell they'd print staples in Core Sets instead of leaving them to limited run releases, but what can ya do.  I strongly suspect if Thoughtseize sees print again it will be in another specialized product.

I mean, Thoughtseize is a pretty glaring omission, if the reason really had been to make Modern accessible.  It earned the nickname Cashseize when it was ~$20 a card.  And now it's ~$60.

If it's not a Rare somewhere in Theros it would be very disappointing (Rare, not Mythic).
