 Northeast Vintage Series at Top Deck Games!
Saturday, December 8th, 2012 Top Deck Games 55 Haddon Ave Haddon Township (aka Westmont), NJ 08108 Plan to be at the store by 11:00AM. Out of respect for the players who do show up on time, and to keep the event ending at a reasonable hour, pairings for Round 1 will be going up at Noon. If you are late, we will be allowing late registration, but it comes with a Round 1 Loss. Vintage Event Registration: 11:00 AM (Pairings go up @ 12:00 Noon) Entry Fee: $30 Format: Vintage K-Value: Unsanctioned, 10 proxies allowed for free. You can purchase up to five more proxies at $1 each. REL: Competitive (like a PTQ) Decklists are required (and published). The Prizes: (these prizes are based on +/- 40 players) 1st Place: $400 in store credit + 12 NEV Points 2nd Place: $200 in store credit + 6 NEV Points 3rd - 4th Place: $100 in store credit + 4 NEV Points 5th - 8th Place: $50 in store credit + 3 NEV Points 9th - 16th Place: 2 NEV Points 17th and Beyond: 1 NEV Point 2012 NEV Players Club:This event is part of the NEV Series, a collaboration between myself, Top Deck Games, Nick Detwiler, and Brother's Grim. Here is what points get you! Level 1 (6 NEV pts): Play with free proxies Level 2 (12 NEV pts): $5 in Store credit at each NEV Series Event (better then free sleeves, right?) Level 3 (24 NEV pts): Invite to the 2012 NEV Championship (more info can be found HERE) Level 4 (36 NEV pts): Round 1 Bye at the 2012 NEV Championship Level 5 (48 NEV pts): Round 1 & 2 Bye at the 2012 NEV Championship Level 6 (60 NEV pts): Free Entry into every remaining NEV Event in 2012! |

Yall better know that the world is going to end with Team Top Deck Insurrection as reigning champs. We are taking this shit DOWN. Cody and I have been testing at Small World every minute of our spare time, and our secret weapon (the prodigy) doesn't need to practice - he just is.
Get ready. You won't be when the time comes, but try anyway.
Oh, and we won't need to "dodge" anything... we destroy all comers, be they Merfolk players, sparkly vampires, or angry parking lot attendants.

The important story is what happened with our prodigy getting top 9/10 in his very first tournament on homebrew.shit.deck. I noticed a lot of you stayed home in fear of this man-probably the right call. Anyway the true magic players of team top deck insurrection need to get our shit straight but well see you all January 5 AND 6. Get ready for some of my luck draws with solomosy control bitches

Thanks a ton, Coss - as always I had a great time. Team Top Deck Insurrection, as Cody already said, kicked serious ass (Cody and I scrubbed out but w/e who cares when you have an actual good player on your team).
