 2013 Eternal Series at Top Deck Games!
Saturday, February 23rd, 2013 Top Deck Games 55 Haddon Ave Haddon Township (aka Westmont), NJ 08108 Plan to be at the store by 11:00AM. Out of respect for the players who do show up on time, and to keep the event ending at a reasonable hour, pairings for Round 1 will be going up at Noon. If you are late, we will be allowing late registration, but it comes with a Round 1 Loss.Vintage Event Registration: 11:00 AM (Pairings go up @ 12:00 Noon) Entry Fee: $30 Format: Vintage K-Value: Unsanctioned, 10 proxies. REL: Competitive (like a PTQ) Decklists are required (and published). The Prizes: (these prizes are based on +/- 40 players) 1st Place: $400 in store credit 2nd Place: $200 in store credit 3rd - 4th Place: $100 in store credit 5th - 8th Place: $50 in store credit A Note About Proxies:In an effort to progress towards sactioned Vintage for 2014, this tournament with allow 10 proxies, compared to the 10+5 that you saw during the 2012 events. Our March event will be 9 proxies, so be prepared. Please keep proxy discussion to a bare minimum, as this is simply a tournament annoucement. It really cannot be done! I was out for nearly 7 years, from Dec.'03 (Mirrodin) to Sept.'10 (Scars of Mirrodin....weird). Josh, it may actually f^&* with your brain, though! |
