I think it would be helpful to conduct a pre-emptive roll call on the current Top 32. Even though standings are not final until the day before, it looks like some people near the bottom of the 32 through 40-something would have to make some substantial plans in order to participate in this, including significant travel time, and the difficulty of getting 1-2 other formats worth of decks together in a few weeks. Perhaps you could reach out via forum, pm, text or email to each of the Top 32 to see if they will participate, and update the list on who has responded, so the people currently out of Top 32 will be better informed for the efforts they will need to make.
Either way, this sounds like a lot of fun and I can't wait to try out the multi-format!

I'm the 20th ranked person, but I don't think I'll be able to make it. Unfortunately finals week > Winter Open. Good luck to all that attend though, I hope this is a blast and I can hopefully play in it next year if there is a sequel.

Just so I'm clear, there's going to be a Vintage event on December 15th starting (roughly) at 1:00 PM for those that aren't playing in the Eternal Championship at 11:00 AM? Sounds good to me.  |
