I wanted to build a Confusion in the Ranks deck, it goes like this :

4   Confusion in the Ranks
4   Mulldrifter
4   Glitterfang
4   Bronze Bombshell
3   Viashino Sandstalker
3   Ingot Chewer
   
4   Blood Moon
4   Browbeat
   
1   Ancestral Recall
1   Brainstorm
1   Time Walk
   
4   Simian Spirit Guide
1   Strip Mine
1   Black Lotus
1   Mana Vault
1   Sol Ring
1   Mana Crypt
1   Mox Ruby
1   Mox Sapphire
1   Mox Pearl
4   Volcanic Island
4   Scalding Tarn
1   Flooded Strand
1   Misty Rainforest
2   Great Furnace
2   Island
1   Mountain

The idea is
- blood moon as disruption (it hits strong most of our decks, and it's also an alternative enchantment target...),
- Mulldrifter +Browbeat to draw
- Confusion pack with Bombshell Glitterfang as reccuring stealing creature, Ingot Chewer (also usefull against null rod)
- Viashino is both aggressive and Confusion compatible, it's almost the only way to kill if Confusion get disenchanted, deglamered, seal of cleansed...

For the manabase :
- Sol Ring, Mana Crypt and Mana Vault are auto include
- I use only 3 mox and 4 SSG because of Null Rod, and also because SSG can steal a creature with confusion in the later game
- Great Furnace => steal land (it can be usefull in my meta)

Any idea / card i've clearly missed or I should think about ?

Confusion seems veeeeeeeeery slow. But if you want to use it, I'd include norin the wary, it's the natural combo. blood moon it's also really nice. I'd play black to include rituals and tutors, and discard of course. Or you can just go monored and play seething song. Great furnace is a must, I hadn't ever thought of it but it could be massive stealing lands, and against mud you can steal anything. undiscovered paradise also sounds great without moon in play.

you will need serious answers to mud and dredge, and probably oath (against oath I'd play sulfur elemental, you steal big critters with flash and cannot be answered).

the problem is that an specific deck does nothing without CITR, and in order to take profit of it you need very specific cards loke Norin.

I think I would build it something like this. Then again this might not win. However here are the choices

Standstill : In multiplier it really punishes a player who plays a spell so in theory it should last longer than normal ones especially if everyone wants those 3 cards.
Mana Drain: Stop their stuff, and mana ramp into good stuffs.
Norin/Pet: Combo w/ confusion
Shared Fate: Becuase why not. Else -> Mulldrifter seems fine or another draw engine.
Hurkyls: Trade yours all out bounce them all back I suppose.

I may have also went overboard on the mana base.
