When does narcomeba's ability resolve?

Dont know if this has been answered before. I looked through the last 10 pages and didnt see it.

If a player uses Bazaar and replaces the draw with dredging when can they resolve the narcomeba if they are dredging more than once.

So lets say they dredge x cards, 1 is narcomeba it triggers goes on the stack until they have finished dredging. Do they then resolve the narcomeba trigger or continue onto the next dredge? Is there a choice?

The Narcomoeba trigger resolves after the player discards three cards to Bazaar.
