So the situation is like this:
My opponent has a Trygon Predator, a Noble and  Pridemage.

He attacks with Predator, the exalted triggers go on stack.

I let the triggers resolve and cast a Sudden Spoiling.

What happens with the p/t of Trygon Predator?

Setting power and toughness to a specific value (Sudden Spoiling) occurs in layer 7b.  Modifying power and toughness with a plus or minus (exalted) occurs in layer 7c.  Trygon Predator will be a 2/4.

I think the real question is: Why do you play Sudden Spoiling? Very Happy
