Soly,

Do you mind explaining the inclusion of TNN over Clique?

Sure;  the format has become much more aggressive lately, and also with black you have access to Thoughtseize.  while I love vendilion clique and think it was the best creature in RUG Delver, True-Name nemesis presents many more problems to decks than Clique did.

I'm not sure I like that density of Thoughtseize maindeck.

You also look soft to Dredge.

I like the concept though.

I can't really argue with the card choices at all. This is about as tight of a deck as one can be, given the goals of this type of deck. Thank you for sharing this, Soly. Looking forward to seeing how it performs in action.

I've been thinking for awhile of running a list like this but with Burning Wish as a key pillar to pivot between the ground/aggro game and potential late game brokenness as circumstances require.   Targets like Yawg Will,  Haze of Rage,  Cabal Therapy,  and Dreadbore would all be really solid.   Has anyone toyed with this or have any thoughts?

Edit: Wow,  post 1,000!

I played rites of initiation as a one of in one of my early rug lists as a way to turn 3-4 unblocked pyromancer tokens into lightning bolts to end a game out of nowhere. It was awful and quickly became cut. I'm fairly certain that Haze of Rage would follow that same trend.

haze of rage: Something about 4-6 mana for +1/+0 at sorcery speed seems not vintage playable. definitely win more or not good enough.

Since you use Burning Wish for it storm would always make it +2, and with gush and other cheap spells 4 or 5 would be very common.  There are plenty of situations where that would end games you would otherwise lose. Just curious if anyone had tried something like this.

I have not myself, because the deck is designed to be very low on the manacurve, and burning wish for another spell may not be that great.  If anything, I'd have Grapeshot in there, and also one of the Thoughtseizes.  The idea is intriguing.

I have played a ton of Grixis Delver in legacy and I can tell you this: I always wished Confidant could be gush in that deck. With the amount of permission etc this deck plays, putting 3-4 tokens into play turn 3 is very realistic. Gush let's you that. Dark Confidant.

In Vintage, I'd prefer Confidant over Drain Decks as of right now, but in every other matchup, I feel like Gush is superior.

I would actually suggest finding room for Jitte in the board. Jitte is insane in creature match ups, and really just pushes TNN waaaay over the top.
