If I have a Sower of Temptation > Ephara God of Polis while Ephara is a creature, what happens if Ephara gets turned back into an enchantment?  Do I retain control of the enchantment Ephara?

The duration of the control effect is "as long as Sower of Temptation remains on the battlefield."  Whether the object is still a creature or not doesn't matter.
