Next Level Vintage: May Edition

On Sunday 25th May 2014, Next Level Games, Dandenong had 16 players make their way down for their monthly Vintage event. The prior couple of events were very small (6-8 players) and were not reported on here but some old timers and a few newcomers really boosted numbers. It will be fantastic if we continue to get this sort of turn out in future events, especially the inaugural Vintage event at Next Level Games, Ringwood on June 7th. Even after losing at least two players to the Game Day event at the same time we managed to beat the attendance for game day (Go Vintage).
After four rounds and a cut to top 8 (because we can) it was Espresso Stax and Griselbrand oath which split the finals due to time constraints. Overall it was a fantastic event that ran smoothly and was a great way to spend the afternoon slinging cardboard. Will definitely be looking forward to future events both at Dandenong and Ringwood.
