Magic Online Weekday 8-man Queue Rush

Hello MTGO Vintage Players,
I posted an article today on MTGOAcademy.com regarding the communication issues within MTGO V4. Part of the discussion is that people don't have an organized way to access necessary information to help niche formats like Vintage grow. In particular, people may not know when to play, or are unable to play on weekends.
In light of this, I am throwing out the idea to have a reserved day each week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) where people try to join 8-man Vintage queues knowing that other players will also be there. The concept is simple: Starting at a specific time, players all visit the constructed queues and join 8-man queues as early and often as they wish. As players get eliminated from the first wave of queues, they can then join back in to another queue with a new wave of players. Hopefully, this leads to several queues getting fired over the course of the evening depending on how many players join up.
I'm not sure which day would work best for people, but personally Tuesday's and Thursday's are best for me.
Please indicate your interest below and which day works best for you
(Monday - Thursday) with the idea that we would aim to rush the queues around 8:00pm EST and continue through ~midnight on the West Coast (or whenever we run out of players to participate). You don't necessarily need to be ready and able to play at exactly 8:00pm EST, but at some point that evening nonetheless.

Thanks for attempting to implement this. It is annoying that the EV is lower than a daily, but I'd be willing to do this anyway.
Monday night definitely works best for me. I suggest not scheduling for Tuesday due the VSL.

The EV isn't much worse than a DE. The upside (i.e. going 4-0) is worse, but winning round 1 and losing next 2 gets you nothing in a DE, but the 8-man queue nets you 2 packs. It's strictly worse, but not not by that much.
I'm glad someone brought up the VSL, though. Honestly, the VSL should be doing more to get people interested in
playing
. Encouraging people to play in the 8-man queues during the stream could be a blessing in disguise, especially if the same people entering the queues are the people playing in the VSL (once their match is over, obv)... maybe WotC could chip in an extra pack if you earn a bounty by beating one of the VSL competitors. This is one of the many ideas I have to help make the VSL better...
I'm sympathetic to the view that the VSL is something that people want to watch though, so I'm curious to see the rest of the responses.

I am 100% available almost any day of the week to do an 8-man.
My preference would be to start around 8 pm EST (kids in bed).
I see no reason why we can't get these going with some regularity.
Who is kidding who with reference to EV. If we were worried about it none of us would be playing Modo Vintage as the payout versus deck cost has always been in-congruent.

I'm going to assume that people have missed this announcement due to the Thanksgiving holiday this week. I'd like to try and get this started for the upcoming week (Dec 1-4), but we'll obviously need more than 3 people to get things going.

Just pick a day and make a bigger annoucement ... people just won't respond here. I'm also available almost every day in the week, as long as I know it in advance and can plan accordingly =)
