I have convinced my local card shop, The Deck Factory, to hold a Vintage 100% proxy tournament. I have traveled to Columbus, Berea, Cleveland, and Sandusky many a time to throw down on some Vintage, and I am hoping that many of you that I have had the pleasure of playing at these great events will try out my new locale as well.
Location:1759 N. Union St. Lima, OH 45801. It is located in the Northland Plaza directly left of Dollar General.
Cost: $15, cash or credit.
Proxies: 100% proxy allowed.
When: Sunday, March 1st at 1 p.m. est
Store Opens at 12 p.m. (noon) est, and Deck Registration will be from noon to 1 p.m. Please bring in a typed up list of your deck if possible before the tournament to make things run smoothly.
Prizes:1st Place: Revised Tropical Island, GUARANTEED
Top 4 or Top 8 Prizes will depend on participation.This is a great Location, its not too far of a drive from about anywhere in Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan, and it is near a McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and a plethora of Subways, Pizza Places, and whatever else you might desire food wise. Has a large playing area in the back, and also has many modern, and standard staples along side some Vintage/Legacy ones, which will be growing IF we can get the fan base for the eternal formats. We had a good showing for the Legacy Tournament, and now I am hoping that with your guys help we can get a regular Vintage scene going with great prize support like this.
