Doug Shuler is one of the legends of the game, and he rarely does appearances.  For a full list of Doug's art, please check here:

http://magiccards.info/query?q=a%3A%22Douglas+Shuler%22&s=cname&v=card&p=1

Doug will be there with prints, proofs, and original art.  I'd highly recommend having him work on your copy of The Gathering book, as it's a rare opportunity to have one of the game's greats do work in your book.

There will be no pre-registration for this event.

I am not the T/O for this event, but am announcing this event on behalf of a friend.  If you have questions, comments, or concerns about this event, please reach out to the store directly.

If you would like to contact Mark directly, he can be reached at the store, or at:

In Conclusion:

Mark's Comics has been a staple of the New York community for nearly 25 years.  It's where I met many friends, and it is an important historical spot for the Long Island Vintage community, as it's where I ran my first tournaments in 2002.  This is the birthplace of Long Island Vintage.  Mark's Comics played a vital role in establishing the New York Vintage community as an important segment of the wider Vintage community.

Mark's Comics will be closing its doors this June, and this will be the last of Mark's Vintage tournaments.  The prize support for this event is as strong as it is because Mark wanted to run the tournament as a thank you to loyal customers that he has had over the last 24 years.

I will be there, and I hope to see many of the old faces there as well.  It will be a bittersweet moment, but I wish Mark all the best as he moves forward in life.
