    No proxies
    No reprints — only actual printings from legal sets are allowed
    Black bordered cards are highly encouraged
    Foreign language cards are okay
CE & IE edition are Legal:
Collector's Edition and International Edition sets are legal for this tournament, but only if they are in decks that are double or triple sleeved (the latter being preferred).

I missed the January event for truly unfortunate circumstances, so I'm extremely excited for this one!  I truly can't wait for this.

Unrestricted Black Vise is definitely interesting. I won't be able to make the event but I am looking forward to people's tournament reports, decks and pictures!  Such a cool format and great to see so many people interested in it.

I would suggesting postponing/rescheduling  this.  I am in a position where I can probably make any Sunday "vintagy" thing, but these things are for the people. and 3 uber people can't make it.

@Jaco: we had 6 hearty players, and we played 4 rounds of swiss.  We had 3 white weenie decks.  I ended up 2-1-1 with U/W Transmute Control.  The only 3-1 player was white weenie.  Folks should post their decklists if they can.  This was great fun, and I'll try to organize more of these in the future.
