We had eleven players come to battle for some store credit at our humble, little shop. We had four rounds with a cut to Top 4: 1st - $60; 2nd - $40; 3rd & 4th - $30 each. Top 2 agreed to split the prize, gaining $50 each, but continue to play for the glory. In the end, Justin Kohler reigned supreme with his version of Bomberman (Red Deck Wins). Congratulations Justin!

Top 4: Justin Kohler vs. Kelly Ridall; Kohler wins

I can't help it - I see blue Mythics and just need to put them into decks. My credit went to a copy of Days Undoing on the off chance I decide to use that.

Jace, Vyrn's Prodigy was interesting to interact with. In a different conversation "Baby Jace" was compaired to Bob which I thought was right on. After reviewing my notes from the games I had with Matt it made me think differently. The fact that you gat to draw a card and use the flipside is insane. I will admit to underestimating Baby Jace in our first match round 4. Then in our top 8 match I went out of my way to make sure I killed it! I killed it with fire!

Props to the Top and Justin for picking up the W!

Great job Justin, and the rest of the Top 4.  The highlight for me was watching Justin's semi-finals match against hate bears post sideboard and seeing him Jace-storm into Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite.  It was very hard to keep a straight face afterwards, knowing what was coming.
