So I know that you can enter the match 60:15 and start game two, 61:14.  My novice question is this:

Can you start the match 61:15 and then start game two, 60:16 ?

No, your main deck can never go below 60 cards and your sideboard can never go above 15.

Edit: You could do some ridiculous things with Battle of Wits if this was not the case.

But you can go 61:14 first game and then 60:15 second game and forward, although I can't possibly think why that would be good Razz.
