Yes, it's welderable, which makes it good, however, if the opponent has a bargain or something like that, he can just topdeck his deck...
So it DOES have its disadvantages, besides, it has to compete with Juggy's...

If it is an angel, shouldn't it have flying? Or did you intentionally leave it earthbound to signify its rustiness?

Nah, it wasn't really meant to be an angel... I just wanted it to mirror Platinum Angel...
What's so big about a 10/10?? You have to waste a card AGAIN to kill it...

Well, 7/7 is still big enough to kill in three turns, but it's not so huge that your opponent just can't deal with it. A 10/10 for 4 needs a drawback worse than Leveler's; this just isn't that bad.

7/7 might even be cutting it a lil high...
maybe a 6/6 with trample or a 5/5 with flying...
you aren't going to play this card unless you have an easy way to ditch it, so it isn't THAT much of a drawback...

10/10 is much too big. It's very easy to get rid of this once you've swung your opponant down to <1 life.

I think most of you are being to scared of this. Are you scared of Leveler? I didn't think so. 7/7 Flying is fine. This should at least be able to pummel Akroma out of the sky. (as in: Akroma good, ~this~ bad!)

Funkily enough, this card is pretty close to what I heard Platinum Angel would be before the unofficial spoilers came out...a 7/7 mana flyer for 4 mana that states that neither player can win the game.
Also, 'Rusty Angel'? Sounds like a female country singer. Change it, yo.
What about Platinum Demon? That'd be a mirror....in that case, don't give it flying but make it big for its cost. A 6/6 for 4, for example.

Note that the opponent can't go crazy with this and Yawgmoth's Bargain or Necropotence in play, because you can't pay life you don't have.
