GM: Well, that's 264 points. You splatter Hunk all over the common room. The patrons shriek in horror and run outside, occasionally slipping on blood and entrails. You're now alone in a room that looks like vats of beef stroganoff erupted in it.

Well for our first set I don't think we're including any keyword mechanics that Wizards didn't make up. There are of course many mechanics that we make - they just aren't keyworded.
However, some people have made their own keyworded mechanics, include amnesia (just like threshold except with 0 cards in hand, not 7 in graveyard), filter (removes cards in your library from the game), and delay (think Ertai's meddling).

It could spawn a mini-cycle, with an inspired acolythe (1/1 with +1) and an inspired angel (3/3 flying with +2)... But couldn't these get out of hand real quick? Even a single enchantment makes this one very good, and I suppose that this deck want rancor, brilliant halo and land tax and empyreal armor. Perhaps even Goblin Trenches or whatever, making these paladins 6/5 in an eyewink.

Yeah, it only takes one enchantment for this guy to be 4/3 first strike for 1WW. That seems a little too good. What about lowering the bonus to +1/+1, and making him 2/2?

I think Jacob's version is balanced. You're unlikely to have more than two enchantments in your hand at any one time, and if you did, you'd probably want to be playing them. Also, equipment takes a bite out of this one, because it's starting to replace enchant creature cards in newer decks.

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?

The secret to success with this card would be to play with Crackling Club. Nobody'd ever be tempted to cast one of those. It'd be sure to sit in your hand the entire game.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

Yeah`but since these demand to play with your hand revealed, opponents will catch you red-handed playing the club...

Yes, and? So you get laughed at for playing such a horrible card. :lol
If there aren't any more major issues with the cards, I'll start the 24h clock.

I just added a note on formatting to the forum rules. Please reword your cards in this format:
Corpse Splicer 1BB Creature -- Zombie Wizard 2/1 BB, T: Exchange target creature an opponent controls for target creature card in that player's graveyard. Play this only when you could play a sorcery. The undead's birthcry drowned out the wailing of its dying donor.

I really don't think we need a whole cycle of these.

Matt: Ok, no big. Jake: Done.
Since the cycle was removed, I'd say restart the 24 hour clock. If there are any problems, speak up now.
