Hey just wondering how Sapphire Medallion interacts with the buyback cost of capsize? Our local rules guru told me it affects the buyback cost also...any comments welcome!!

Rule
502.16.Ruling.2 - Cost reducing effects can be applied to Buyback costs. [D'Angelo 1997/10/17]

Yea thatswhat I thought but what was stuck in my mind was if it was a "in addition to" cost or just an ability...well thanks for the heads up bro...!
