New Shining w/ Nevyn engine

I've been toying with a new version of The Shining ever since the restriction of Burning Wish. I've been testing this version for some time, and wouldn't mind a little feedback from the crowd. This deck has been properly tested, and so far have been doing really well. It is indeed a hybrid of The Shining and TurboNevyn and with the 2 winconditions worked in.

The sideboard isn't working quite right with only 1 wish, but I'm working on that one.

So far the deck has shown some degree of promise, having pretty much a bye against beatdown, a good control element against combo, but still suffers a little against Scepter-Keeper and Hulk if the right cards resolve (mainly Deed and Scepter with Abey/Chant) - however, the deck still sports a pretty fast kill given the right land/spell mix which just win games. I'll probably be taking the deck for a swing at the next local T1 tourney (31/1) - but I'm very open to comments about the deck, improvements and general hate towards "such a bad deck". My meta is likely to consist of lots of beatdown with a few powered decks running wild. NonBazaar Dragon will probably show up as well, and 1-2 Stax/Mud. 1-2 Isochron Keeper decks, 1 Hulk, 1 Unpowered FEB, and perhaps 1 Oshawa Stompy.

My take on the deck: You are trying to mix 2 diffrent deck types and make them work this is rarely acomplished. The Shining died with the restriction of burning wish imo, unfortunatly mixing a suboptimal combo with a weakened control element isent going to bring it back. As for improvements on the deck I really do not see any give my all ready stated opinion, I would suggest thet if you have the power/drain ect. you aught to play a more *accepted* keeper build.

I've been working on a Gush restricted turboland deck in my spare time lately, and I liked cutting white entirely in a favor of Xantid swarms maindeck. The white cards in the main deck are only there to provide insurance while "going off", so I think a card in a main color that also does that and makes your mana base a bit better would be great.

As far as the sideboard, disenchants could easily become naturalizes, and the solitary confinement \ Cop red really seem unnecessary when you are running maindecked zuran orb \ glacial chasm. Ususally I found when I was playing the turboland of old I could just outrace any sligh deck I was playing against.

I don't see balance and vindicate being worth the white mana base, even being wishable. If something is going to kill you in the 2-5 turns it takes you to "combo", use a counterspell or sac a land.

Just trying to add a different side to the arguement, I happen to have a soft part in my heart for this deck, and conversely hate all tog variants simply because they made Gush restricted. If you have found white to be strictly better, I'd love to hear why you think that.
