For a deck to be succesful in T1 it either has to be able to effectively deal with brokenly fast decks, or BE a brokenly fast deck. As most have seen in the current T2 environment, there are two types of Affinity, aggro and aggro-control. Personally, I don't think that Affinity has what it takes to be an efficient aggro control deck in T1, however, I think that there is potential for it to be a fast and difficult to disrupt aggro deck, not entirely unlike Oshawa stompy or madness.

There are a group of creatures and spells that stick out in my mind, that would be good starting point for an agressive T1 affinity deck.

1. Somber Hoverguard: I really like this creature, it is a 3 power flyer which can become very cheap with a few artifacts on the table. Another big plus for this guy is that he only costs 1 blue mana.

2. Frogmite: With enough free artifacts in your deck, this guy is usually a 2/2 for 0, which is very nice.

3. Myr Enforcer: In a deck that concentrates on playing a large number of cheap artifacts, Myr enforcer can come out VERY quickly.

4. Bonesplitter: This is a key part of the deck, as it is a 1 drop that counts towards your affinity count, and is an extra 2 points of damage a turn once equipped.

5. Shrapnel Blast: 5 points of instant speed damage for 2 mana, and one artifact is a very good deal, especially in an aggro deck that can afford to play it.

6. Thoughtcast: A good cheap card drawer.

7. Tooth of Chis-Goria: All of you are probably going to have to look this up, and you will probably flame me for trying to include this, but it is an extra 1 damage a turn, is usually free and is an artifact that counts towards affinity.

8. Artifact lands: This is a given.

9. SoLoMoxen: These were the main reason that I think that Affinity could be quick enough in this format to be viable. They make your creatures that much easier to cast.

Noteable exlusions:

1. Broodstar: In my deck, Broodstars were simply too slow to use effectively. The double blue casting cost makes it very hard to cast.

I am relatively new to the T1 environment, and I find it very interesting and challenging. I have not included an entire decklist because I am sure that any card other than the ones I listed (maybe even some of the ones I listed) would be subpar. The purpose of this post was to attempt to insert a new and interesting idea into TMD, and hopefully I will get some feedback as to how to improve it, and whether or not it could be made viable.
