This deck is exactly as described in the title and is based around two things. Mid-ranged casting cost creatures and Pernicious Deed. With Juzam Djinn, Erhnam Djinn and Masticore as the decks main creatures. A Pernicious Deed is able to take out opposing Togs, Goblin Welders, Jackal Pups, Moxen, Phyrexian Negator, Carnophage, and any other permanent under four mana without destroying any one of my creatures. This deck is much like The Rock when Type 2 legal and uses that same concept.

5 Moxen
1 Black Lotus
1 Sol Ring
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Demonic Consultation
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Time Walk
1 Regrowth
4 Dark Ritual
4 Duress
4 Hymn to Tourach
4 Juzam Djinn
4 Erhnam Djinn
4 Masticore
4 Pernicious Deed
4 Wasteland
1 Strip Mine
4 Polluted Delta
1 Bloodstained Mire
4 Bayou
2 Underground Sea
4 Mishra's Factory

Sideboard:
4 Naturalize
4 Withered Wretch
4 Emerald Charm
3 Skeletel Scrying

Well, there's the deck. Feel free to post comments and suggestions.

Sorry, but I do not think the dzinns are good creatures to run.  Maybe try sui creatures like

4 Nantuko shade
4 Phyrexian negator
2 Spirit monger

I have the Djinns in the deck because of its casting cost. The deck is designed to get rid of creatures like Nantuko Shade and Phyrexian Negator, not run them. I have the Djinns in there as good first turn creatures, with a Mox and a Ritual, that dodge Pernicious Deed.

The Djinns just are not very good, if you need more big creatures use spiritmongers, and you should use negators even though they are blow up by deeds because even if you lose it after 2 or 3 attacks thats still 10 or 15 damage.

I agree with the Monger and Negator additions.  Juzam just isn't the power creature that he used to be.  A first turn negator will more than likely get 10 - 15 damage before you can get off the Deeds that would kill him.

Also Monger is just a better creature in a B/G sui style deck as it can get around the pro-black creatures out there and can regenerate through the deeds. Keeping a beefy creature through your own deeds is always a plus.

River Boa is another good creature for B/G decks.
