What I see as a problem is cards like Swords to plowshares in the control matchup and although you have counters they have counters too, also untargetted kill too if it is run anymore.  

Plus cards that just make it useless for the turn fire/ice most notably.
I like your idea but that is just one of the fatal flaws of the Collosus.
,because for every 1 collosus they might have 2 answers for it.

How do you do against hand destruction like a mind twist does how does that hurt the deck  if played t1?

What about Mask of Memory?  Have you tested that and it didn't work. If not I think that MoM could give you the card/s to keep your early advangtage that you need. or does it not go for your game plan of shoot now, shoot later, shoot some more, and when everyone is dead ask some questions?  Very Happy

Daze is an awsome card but as ultima said it is situational(It is reactive rather than proactive). I would suggest putting the Duresses back in because it not only allows you to see thier hand you can strip them of a card they need to go off.  To protect yourself, duress also lets you plan out your moves adding only a few cards to the mix every turn. Also on another note for JAco i would suggest taking out the misd due to the fact of non targeted draw.

I have been playing germbus lately and i think a card that could help control slaver in this matchup being known as bad ,But i think that this card jester's cap could help. Or any remove cards from the game cards for this matchup by replacing it for something less important in games 2 and 3.

For those who do not know what jesters cap is here yo go:

"This might just be a random happening but when I was playing on apprentice.(lack of t1 events in Fl) He was playing control slaver i was playing basically Germ-bus build.  Won first game pretty easily.  Second and third he whomped me, but i didnt get land or hand screwed.  It turned out he had 2 jesters cap in the side board and It completly screwed me with my win conditions  Rolling Eyes only being 4=3 angels + 1yawg win. I had one angel in my hand and when i tried to play my angel that he left he duplicated it and continued to smashed my head in."

Has anyone other than me seen this but it might be hard to get it to play , butI think it could work pretty well in against anydeck with low win conditions.
