Was going to be more enthusiastic until I saw the "tapped" element to second ability. Without the tapped clause, would have been worth consideration even with the awkward colours. May be playable elsewhere, but not current vintage environment.

Yup, Trix is the epitome of taking gravel and making one of the most powerful decks of the era. Similarly the trap (very short lived) used janky cards to amazing effect.

It won't, it seems to be cleverly worded to avoid visions and other suspend abuse. Unless there's a janky interaction with another card that lets you avoid counters, but that seems a stetch.

I used to play a fun candelabra/capsize build years back - not the best deck, but hilarious. This seems to have the fun with more consistency.

Tricky to rewind rules clock to 94 and allow chaos orb sadly.

Played in several proxy touries, never used one personally.

Urban dictionary is your friend re ski equipment, ski instructor, rock climbing et al.

They did this a couple of years back in the UK. Couple of vintage proxy series were nipped in the bud to the great disappointment of the community. Shop had to dissociate itself entirely, meaning couldn't use staff, venue, reporter etc.

Still miss the big misc type I's I used to just rock up to in places like Paris and Piacenza.

Just wondering if there's any info regarding Vintage at Bazaar of Moxen in 2016 as yet? Believe Legacy is the main format, but will there be Vintage at some of the qualifiers and open Vintage at the big final event?

Just hoping to organise and book some things for next year, and as I've not been to any big Vintage events for a few years, am keen to get to one like BoM.

Not a fan. If you make it t4, it does nothing, if you make it turn one and it might be a threat, it gets countered for 2 life.
