This is one of my favorite venues ever.  I might be bias, as my folks live 3 minutes from there, and I drink like a fish.

If I remember right Soly was sloshed by the end of orund one.

i think I had the best play all day. Dude scoopeed after he passed and i plated ochard, mox, oath. He said somthing like FUKING OATH. He lost to  Duby also, we and a great laugh about it. My deck played ALOT better than expected. Always next time.

Had alot of fun being able to play in Milwaukee again. Lost my ass off big this week but I learned alot, that i still really blow at this game...lol.. People are starting to be friendlyer, but it could have been the hang overs. Hope to play in IL and at the ICBM open. Now if i can just figure out how to side board, is there a book on side tech?...lol.

Great event. If only I would've played a real deck. Like with real cards.

Like not Storm Entities.

storm Entities is an amazing card you just dont understand how to read or use it.

well maybe we should all sit together at the end of a tournament and look at the deck lists and make fun of how better we are than the shitty deck makers..lol... that would be fun. and then we will not know people like" team no one knows who the fuck we are" and talk shit about them.. lol.. man i love this game...LMAO....
9  Eternal Formats / Global Vintage Tournament Reports and Results / Re: Split 9/21 Luxemburg, WI Mox with Loam on: September 24, 2008, 12:54:59 pm
So it's ok to talk shit about GWS, BUT NOT ICBM? No,  not all ICBM is assholes. But when people act like there better than me, and make it seem like what i do is no good, I am sure that everyone started out a pro.. I just want to play and learn to be better at my game, not be riticuled for one lowsey noob mistake, FUCK, would it take to much out of you day to explain the mistake I did, and then i can laugh to and not hate you all. Very Happy

Ya ive never heard the deck called by any other name and didn't know how to explain to people what I played against, didn't mean to offend.

Accepted. I don't think i'll play that style for a while untill the name changes. i do admit it was a form of ICBM Tendrils.

What does ICBM stand for anyway.

considering the amount of mana ramping that seems to effortlessly occur while storming out, i really fail to see how storm entity is better then empty the warrens. There is also something to be said for the near uncounterability of actually using the storm mechanic.

Warrens is probably better, and I did run two of those also. I just like to squeeze one in, he makes a good decoy at times. There are also times it saved my ass. Owen just happen to be hold double Force when i played him, not saying i would have won the round, just a better chace to win.

how was that ICBM Tendrils, just because i used 4 gemstones and 4 city of brass. Or was it because i used Charbelcher in my sideboared. i asure you that no one from ICBM helped me, but i should have then it would have been AMAZING.

Much props to Josh Cutler for the SB Storm Entity, that card is so fun to play. People are so confussed by it they don't  know how to answer to it...LOL... Love that card.

You know come from a rich family and dress and act like it  or act like were supperior to other people because we sometimes get lucky and win.  You standards for being on the team.

That's definitely not true.  I didn't come from  a rich family, and I don't dress or act like it.  Teams are just about having fun and having success.

That's for sure, that was a nice wife beater you had on for this one.   Very Happy

I had a sweat shirt on and I didn't have any problems. Maybe it was the six drinks you had before the end of round one.
