Blue Bell Game Day #17!
Saturday, July 16th, 2011 Alternate Universes 1530 DeKalb Pike Blue Bell, PA 19422 Vintage Event Registration: 11:00 AM (Starts @ 12:00 Noon) Entry Fee: $30 Format: Vintage K-Value: Unsanctioned, 10 proxies allowed for free. You can purchase up to five more proxies at $1 each. REL: Competitive (like a PTQ) Decklists will be required (and published). The Prizes: (these prizes are based on +/- 45 players) 1st Place: Beta Mox Ruby 2nd Place: UL Mox Emerald 3rd + 4th Place: $120 in store credit 5th-8th Place: $60 in store credit 2011 Player of the Year Race:The Vintage event will count towards the Blue Bell Game Day Player of the Year 2011. The Player of the Year plays for free at all of the Blue Bell Game Days the following calendar year! Players can earn points throughout the year by playing vintage, each match win is worth 3 points, each draw is worth 1 point, and each loss is worth 0 points (just like the swiss points system used in tournaments). Players in the Top 8 will be awarded bonus points based on their finish, as follows: 1st place: 12 points 2nd place: 9 points 3rd + 4th place: 6 points 5th - 8th place: 3 points Side Events: Single-Elimination 8-Mans! Start Time: As soon as 8 players sign up. Entry Fee: $10 Format: Vintage K-Value: Unsanctioned, 15 proxies Prizes: 1st Place: $60 in credit 2nd Place: $20 in credit Prize: dependent on how many players (100% of the entry fees will be given out as "Nick Coss bucks" aka table credit) The Blue Bell Player of the Year contest has nothing to do with Wizards of the Coast Player of the Year contest. Do not confuse the two. This one is for participants in unsanctioned Vintage tournaments held at Alternate Universes in Blue Bell, PA.

I would appreciate if someone were able to provide a ride for me to this one. I live about 15-20 minutes from the store itself, right next to North Penn High School, and if anyone is able to help me in getting to the tournament I would be ecstatic. Let me know in a PM or here.

I don't think it would be a good idea to bring a baby to a magic event . You would be better off letting him sell crack in the strees of philly at night. Just because crack is less expensive and ADDICTIVE. Plus crack heads are also better people! JK!  |
