It's not Bazaar that it's broken.. nobody ever used it in a decent way before Squee was printed. Really, I would like more an errata like the one on Zodiac Dragon... but restriction would also be nice.. *cough*BALANCE*cough* |

Brainstorm doesn't do anything but make your deck more consistant. Decreasing consistancy increases randomness. Restricting Brainstorm is ludicrous.
Forsythe said it was brought up before Richmond II, and shot down faster than any other card in terms of not being restriction worthy. I believe the way he phrased it was "Even Brainstorm was on the table, albeit for about thirty seconds."

im not sure how one can think Brainstorm is a bad card to put on this list yet Brown Ouphe is ok.
