Finally, an old set comes to Magic Online! I didn't believe it at first, but I totally love it. Ninth + Mirage is going to be really nice, and might even make me start playing MTGO. Also, since they took one of the most complicated sets in terms of rules and stuff, further addition of older sets does not sound like a dream anymore. If they continue this, WotC will eventually have coded all cards... It will take a long while, and nobody knows *if* they'll do it, but wouldn't that be amazing?

But they won't let you redeem mirage cards, which makes me feel like your paying money for imaginary cards, which seems BS to me. The only reason I would buy mirage cards is to actually own them, not own some piece of script on the internet that pretends to be the card when you close your eyes real hard.

If I have a Lion's Eye Diamond online, them dammit! I don't wanna buy it again in real life.

I have an unused (but opened) game pack if anyone wants to start off with MTGO.  I'm asking for $10 in cards or cash.  PM/IM me if you want more details.....

I'm not gonna waste my money on MTGO, but Mirage is my favorite set so power to whoever plays online.

Do they have foils online? If so foil spirit of the night and foil cadaverous bloom would be cool. Also foil mirage land would be hot.

Edit:
and how confusing is banding going to be online...

Very easy ... since the rules enforcing will be all done by the computer ...
Besides banding was hard compared to the habilities back then, now some of the new ones put banding to shame  Cool
