Wow, that really IS too much to handle if you cash in $10 million ^^ Or someone could BIN and not pay, in which case he would still be chared the $150K. I'm actually surprised no one has yet. If he didn't pay the fees, they would eventually be automatically deducted from the credit card account he used when he signed up for eBay. They say they don't do this, but after a few months, they did it to me.

You do, but you can file a NPB alert and eventually get the money back. In my post, I was obviously refering to what would happen if a jokester used Buy-it-Now.
