Yeah, I've search high and low for these things, google, msn, yahoo, ask, ask jeeves. Whatever.
I'd love a link to some rules, I've played it with my local group and I want some to have with me at all times.
Thanks guys!

Section 6 of the Comprehensive Rules details the rules of multiplayer games. It contains several options and variants that can be included in Chaos games (such as attack left/right or limited spell range.) The "general" rules cover how multiplayer games differ from duels, which should be adequate to run a basic Chaos game.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

the limited spell bubble is from the emperor format if I remember correctly.
When i say choas rules, I ment like very long list of dice roll effects (it's a combonation of a 20 and a 10 sider, so it ranges from 10 - 209 i think) Choas is not a format, it's like vanguard, something you can add on to any other format just for shits and giggles.

Oh, geez. I'm sorry. I've heard of that too, but I don't know anything about it. "Chaos" is just what my play group calls a multiplayer game with no special rules. I figured you were going to run a multiplayer tournament or something and wanted some authoritative rules on the subject. I'm afraid I can't help you with that. Are you sure that it doesn't go by a different name?

No, just chaos magic.
One of the people I play with, a guy named Evan, said to look in this site for the list, because it was here.
I guess I'll just search for it.

Are you talking about a Type 4 Variant? I know there's a Type 4 Variant that uses a "World Stack" of chaotic effects. I think most poeple call this "High Noon" or "Critical Mass" Type 4. The general premise is that you have a short stack of cards that everyone WANTS in Type 4. Basically cards that are far too random (like Warp World), "Why would I play this??" (like Show and Tell or draw 7s), or "Help Everyone before me" type of spells (like Howling mine or Gate to AEther).
Its a normal Type 4 game with the addition rule:
Whenever 1 more than half of the players* use thier spell for this turn, Move the top card of the Critical mass stack to the bottom, and Reveal the new top card. This card (or card's triggered abilites) comes into play or goes on the stack. NO PLAYER RECIEVES PRIORITY! Then the effect resolves. Once the Effect has fully resolves Priority resumes as normal. I really like the SUPER-INSTANT speed on the Critical mass stack because it prevents players from useing petavus in reponse to Biorythm or Warp World. Also remember that spells will still be on the stack when the crit stack is done flipping. So be sure to resume the game in the right place.
* So for example: 2 players left = 2 spells played (1 + 1 = 2) 3 players left = 2 spells played (1.5 + 1 = 2.5 = 2) 4-5 Players = 3 6-7 players = 4
Suggested cards for the Critical mass stack=============== Anything Marked with an * is currently in my stack.
"Freebie" Effects: Eureka Show And Tell* <-- Awsome, Highly Recomended Charmed Griffon* <-- Situationally Awsome, Highly Recomended Hunted Wumpas <-- Situationally Awsome, Highly Recomended Exhume* Roar of Reclimation* <-- So good - Highly Recomended Gate to Aether*
"Sweeping" Effects: World Gorger Dragon* <-- So much fun!! Probably my favorite card in the crit stack. Obliderate* Jolkhupus* Anything else with "destroy all ..." Humility
Fun with Combat: Grand Melee* Silent Arbiter* Moat <-- $_$
Fun with Gamestate cards: Warp World* Time Stop* <-- This card saves lives - Highly Recomended Biorythm* <-- This card Ends lives- Highly Recomended Time Sifter* <-- Randomizes the turns =P Furnace of Wrath* Worship Confusion in the Ranks* <-- This card makes you think - Highly Recomended Dovescape*
"Minor" Cards: Arena of Ancients* Porticulious Eyes of the watcher* Horobi's Death Wail* <-- Good and fun - Highly Recomended March of the Machines Darksteal Forge* Doubling Season Dreamborn Muse* Howling Mine Terifi's Puzzle Box Hanna's Custody Any of the Leylines - but not the blue one.
Draw Cards: StandStill* Diminishing Returns* Wheel of Fortune Windfall Winds of Change

Can a mod please move Harlequin's post into the Type 4 thread? That sounds like a really good time for people that want to try something new and he's done a good job of expounding upon it, even giving us a complete effect deck to use.
My friend Brian said they would play t4 with an effect deck, but I what I really like about the rule set Harlequin has posted here is the way the effect triggers after a number of people cast cards. Oh, and that effect deck really needs SWAY OF THE STARS,which would be ridiculous.
I think Liz_bliz is looking for something like this for Multiplayer Magic. Using an effect deck stack is pretty cool, and you can have new effects rotate in at regular intervals. I personally don't like a new effect happening every round of play, because then one player gets to have first crack at a new effect each time. Maybe if a new effect flipped in everytime ten non-land cards are played or something like that would be cool. Depending on how you make the stack, the effects may or may not be cancelled when a new one flips. You can also go beyond Magic cards and make a list of effects triggered by a die roll. Like "all players sacrifice a creature", or "draw a card", etc.
I think you'd probably be best served to get with your friends and brainstorm ideas for effects that you'd like to include. Everyone's casual circle is pretty different, so what would be a valuable effect to one might not be so much to another. If you do make up a list, post it up here, and I'm sure we'll get some feedback going.

I actually have a write up of it, that I made for my casual group of players. Because after a while they thought I was makeing this up as I went along. I'll post it on the Type 4 Forum.

There's an option on Appr for Chaos dicerolls, if you get desperate, or want other options, just hit ctrl+f a few hundred times and take down the ones you find as interesting, and then asign them to random numbers on a chart.
My group usually played with a d100 just to really make each new game truly new.

This was the closest thing I could find using the search function. Only just seen this thread. There's a link in my Chaos Stacks post (linked by Godder) to google's cached page of the dice rolling rules you seek. But, they're so long winded and clunky, I really advise you to read the Chaos Stacks rules instead, particularly the bit about writing up your own cards.
