Hidden Infiltrator
{U} {U} {U}
Creature - Human
When ~this~ comes into play, choose one -- sacrifice ~this~; or target opponent gains control of this. If he or she doesn't, sacrifice ~this~. This ability can't be countered. (This effect doesn't end at end of turn.)
2/2

Current Wording:
Hidden Infiltrator
{2} {U}
Creature - Human
When ~this~ comes into play, target opponent gains control of it.
{1} {U}: Draw a card. Only your opponents may play this ability.
3/3

You know what irks me the most?
That MaRo had the audacity to taint the good name of the Rakdos by including a justification for HoFLong in their article.

Um, "When ~this~ comes into play, target opponent gains control of it."?

Also, get rid of the triple-blue. Both the casting cost and the ability could cost {2} {U}, maybe {1} {U} {U} on the cc.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.

Yeah, I guess I was too quick to take the wording from Gilded Drake. I figured reusable draw was a pretty powerful effect, hence the cost.

I like it, although all of the "opponent gets them" creatures were fairly aggressive.  Maybe make it a 3/2?

This isn't much better than Treasure Trove, which is basically unplayable these days.

This honestly seems much worse then trove - your opponent gets to kill your draw with any removal, or at the very worst gets to beat you for 2 a turn.

Lowering the draw to UU/1U would make it pretty interesting.
