I would like to know who/how many people would be interested in a tournament in the Austin area. (Texas)

$15 entry

Prizes consist of
2 Pithing Needle (1 signed)
2 Flooded Strand and 1 Polluted Delta (same prize pool)
1 Plateau (revised)
1 FBB German Undergound Sea, practically mint!

Prizes range from
1st Underground Sea
2nd choice of Needles/Fetches
3rd Choice of Plateau/Fetches (if needles are not taken)
4th Plateau/packs
5-8 Packs

Prizes go up with more entrants. The top 4 are guaranteed with 10 or more participants. For each participant over 20, we will start adding these prizes to the top 8
1x Tropical Island
2x Plateau
2x Foil Nimble Mongoose
1x FoW
2x more Pithing Needle (non-signed)

Also give me feedback on when the best time to host this would be.
With 10 players it's 3 round swiss, cut to top 4 for Single Elim. With 20 it'll be 4 round swiss cut to top 8
30+ 5 round top 8

Feedback much appreciated.

I could do this, but you'd be better off just asking around the stores. I don't think many Austin people have accounts here.

I visit Austin frequently. I will be up for Legacy whenever I'm there. Yeah, I live in Ohio, but I'm just throwing it out there.

Team PRT will be hosting if we can get enough feedback, and we will be setting a date based around the largest events locally (we don't want to compete for players here...)

Based on responses from Texas Magic League (yeah I can't use the abbreviation TML on either site when talking about the other...)

this would pretty much be the prize support

okay well depending on the turnout it's going to probably end up being
1st German Revised BB Underground Sea + set of fetches (which ones depend on turnout)
2nd Set of Needles (1 signed)
3rd 2 Tropical Island
4th Set of Fetches (depending on turnout)
5-8 Draft for the rest of
random goodness, probably packs.

again all depends on turnout, also the reason I can't do playsets of everything is that this is actually hosted by Team PRT. And my card supply is FAR from unlimited.
