The concept of this card was two fold:
1) alow you to salvage an ability of a creature that is about to go to the yard. Like Confidant or some sliver.
2) create an interesting way of allowing a

creature ability to be activated more than once in a turn.
I was trying to think of times when this card would be "Broken" and I think I came up with a few ... but they are mostly ways to gain infinite mana in an eternal format (where other options are generally easier).
Broken Card 1: Welder. You can go infinite welds with something like Guilded Lotus x2. Once you have infinite mana, you can spend the mana to do infinite welds.
> Welder is a broken card anyhow, and welder decks will have a have to devote alot to getting a

enchantment into play.
Broken Card 2: any of those En-Kor guys. Those guys that read

: redirrect damage from target creature to ~. That would obviously make all your creatures immune to damage.
> Preventing all damage to all creatures you control is a neat trick. This card would make a great sideboard card in Clerics.dec.
Broken Card 3: That elf that has

:Untap 3 lands. And we can include into this, any of the untap 1 land elves + a land that taps for more than 2 mana.
>I tried my best to avoid mana generating abilites, but these land untappers will have to be notable exceptions. I don't think they are too busted, becuase those elf decks already have ways to untap thier creatures.
I think in generaly though, the 2 mana makes fair cards still fair.
Problem Cards:
> Card that referance the Power and Toughness of the enchantment. Karplusian Yeti, Viridian Joiner, etc. I think that in those cases, then P/T would be equal to 0.
For example:
Grim Lava mancer --

, RFG 2 cards: 2 dmg
Merfolk Looter--

: Draw a card and discard a card.
The really good stuff would be creatures that are limited by possibly killing itself such as:
Bloodfire Dwarf --

: deal 1 dmg to each non-flyer
Goblin Tinkerer --

: Destroy target artifact.
Both these effects are kinda busted
