First off, let me start by saying that I'm new to these forums and this format. A few weeks ago, I got my butt handed to me by someone playing a deck that consistently won on turn 2 or turn 3. I've been looking around at the different types of Dredge decks and I haven't found anything similar to it. I'd like to build a deck that can be competitive but I don't know what to add. Note that I'm new to the format so I don't know what the  "Staple" cards of the format (other than the P9)
Here is my decklist so far. As you can see I'm stuck on lands, and other spells. From what I can see in mind, my win condition would be to hit my opponent with bridge tokens but I need to find a way to give them haste. I know that Anger has potential to do that. I know that decks in this format don't usually run a lot of land. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Creatures
4xStinkweed Imp
4xGolgari Grave-Troll
4xNether Shadow
4xNarcomoeba

Instant/Sorceries
4xTolarian Winds (to enable dredge early)
4xCabal Therapy
4xDread Return
4xBreakthrough

Land
4xCity of brass
1xBazaar of Baghdad

enchantments
4xBridge from Below

Four Therapies are a must--they absolutely tear opposing hands apart.  Dread Return and Flame-kin Zealot is a more effective method of giving your zombie tokens haste, and pumps them up for extra damage.  Obv Bazaar of Baghdad is noticibly absent, but I suppose is understandable for budget reasons.  If you start competing, look to replace suboptimal dredge-enablers with Bazaars when you're allowed to proxy up those expensive lands.  Careful Study could be a decent dredge-enabler, and Breakthrough is amazing.

I don't mind if the suggestions are expensive. I could just proxy them. If the deck playtests well enough then I'll invest in the "good" cards.
Thanks for the feedback sofar.

Some of the cards you can consider using are (if Bazaars are not present)

Mental Note
Careful Study
Cephalid Colesium
Breakthrough
Lion's Eye Diamond

Ofcourse I noticed that you have no Ichorids in your list, I believe it is a must with the deck you want to play.

Also, if it is not too much trouble, what was the deck that you faced which consistently won on turn 2 or 3?..

We played six games and it won on turn 2 twice and turn 3 four times.

I mean "what deck?" because if it was combo like TPS or Long, no wonder it won on turn 2 and 3 consistently.

Sorry I must have misread your post. I don't know what was called but I know it was dredge-heavy and won with Goblin Suetcher(sp?).

Here are a number of cards that you can try:

1:  Gemstone Caverns (Powers out Tolarian Winds on turn 1)
2:  Winds of Change (Great if you have a dredgers in the yard already)
3:  Gamble (Finds Bazaar or Chalice)
4:  Crop Rotation (Bazaar)
5:  Moxen (Power out Tolarian Winds)
6:  Mox Diamonds (Tolarian Winds and plays well with Gemstone Caverns if you use that)

there's a huge thread for Dredge decks.  It's here: http://www.themanadrain.com/index.php?topic=35200.0

You'd probably be best served by looking at some of these lists - For starters they have 4 Bazaar in them, which is the key to the entire deck.

This is some awesome feedback and I appreciate it greatly. One thing I'm still having a hard time with it Serum Powder. I don't understand how it fits into the deck or what it's purpose is. I hate to sound like a n00b but I'm only a n00b in the format Smile

It tosses back hands that don't have Bazaar of Baghdad in them.  Competitive Ichorid really relies on the card, and needs to see it in the opening hand every game.  The deck is so redudndant that usually RFG'ing your hand(s) won't affect the deck too much.

I would switch-up Unmask and Leyline of the Void with those blue spells.

You also need worthy Dread Return targs. I like Sundering Titan/Angel of Despair mostly. Alternately, Flame-kin Zealot + Cephalid Sage/River Kelpie gives you a balls-to-the-wall combo kill.
