I sat after a long day and watched the finals match. It was all and all a good set ,tho I'm sure Paul has a little hate for mana crypt now. I think the best part of it was when Andy willed in the third game.He gets the spheres back in play then pops slaver looks at the judge and says, that gets removed from the game ,right? The judge just goes, yep.thanks for the good day Nick and co. Congrats on the win Andy.

great torney but one correction in James Hangleys sb, it was 3 tormods crypts it was 3 tarmogoyfs.  other than that i had a great time except for losing to my friend in the top 8

Yeah, had a great time, but definitely slops was having to play Jimmy in top 8. It was also good to see the person who gave me my only loss for the day won the tournament. I'd also love to see any of those pics that were taken during T8 and T4.

Congrats on the big win Andy! I thought I had our quarterfinal match in the bag until you said something like, "OK, now I have to do something..." A Gifts into Mystical Tutor into Yawg's Will and it was all over for the good guys in red and green. Gifts + Yawg's Will = Demonic Tutor x 4 =

Nick, I am glad to see your event was success. I wish I could have been there. I know Paul had told you, my Sister in Law still hadn't had her baby. (This made me miss the Tournie in Ohio too!    ) Well, she still hasn't had it, but they are inducing her sunday, because she is going on three weeks over due!!
Any who, congrats on a well run event. This sounds like it was a BLAST. Look forward to meeting you on the 22nd.

Wish that I would have been able to make this one. I heard the prize support was great. Does anyone have a tournament write up or a general break down of the meta? I would also like to hear how the Finals went down if anyone cares to write it up.

The tournament was a really great time! I also look foward to another big event like this.

From my memory their was alot of tezz and shop decks floating around. I expected combo, esp the new Ad Naus. deck but I  dont think I saw any one playing that. I kno their was altleast 3 Tps players.

Like the others,  thanks again for holding such a great tournament.  I definitely enjoyed myself.  As for the Ad Naus decks, I did at least encounter one person playing it.
