First spoilers for M11, including new cards

One that popped out to me was:
Reassembling Skeleton  {1} {B}
Creature - Skeleton Warrior
 {1} {B}: Return ~ from your Graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
1/1

There is a photo at the link.  These cards are in M11, but will be in the Archenemy packs, which have been opened (? by the The Magic Show guy).

This guy seems like potentially a better partner for Bloodghast in versions of dredge with greater mana capabilities.  Unlike Bloodghast or Ichorid he can be returned multiple turns without additional landfall or creature-card to chomp on.  However it costs  {1} {B}, and he enters the battlefield tapped.  Is there any benefit to being able to return this guy at instant speed?

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.

Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops.  I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.

Respond to crypt/trap so you don't lose it...

It just says to me that you've played enough to know what end of the FoW is sharp

That's a good point.  I was thinking about 'game 1', but this guy may be more resilient to hate, and get better relatively in post-sideboard games.  It would probably still be difficult for dredge to return multiples in response to a hate-piece activation though, due to mana constraints.

The cost is too high for vintage I think. Maybe needs to get tested as a one of.

Basically this card already exists in the form of Chatter of the Squirrel.  I suppose you get black instead of green and Instant Speed, but this is not even close.

Ashen Ghoul is better.

EDIT:  My comments were in the context of Dredge decks.  It is possible this guy could work with a Skullclamp deck or as some sort of combo enabler.

I don't know. i dropped Life from the Loam, because the 2 mana cost was hard to pull off in my dredge.

I think the card definately has a lot of potential in other formats. I will probably pick up 4 foils just in case. Skullclamp and Gate to Phyrexia come to mind.

Is Skullclamp legal in any other format?
