Like Batman, master of uncovering concealed weaknesses, wouldn't notice the damn thermal exhaust port. Many Bothans died for shit, Batman would have locked that down in an afternoon

The question of how he gets a ysalimir or cortosis ore armor is irrelevant because his superpower is that he already has that shit. |

han solo attempted to assassinate vader once. He was disarmed immediately and now continues to run away from him forever. I’m pretty sure it’s not worth vaders time to find him. |

as loaded as batman is, vader has plannets of advanced alient civilizations under imperial control. if the fight came down to who has the most $, or better yet, who can make the most deathstars, vaders got it hands down.
if the fight came down to man to man, vader can see the future, and you can't out smart the future.

Vader is a little bitch. His powers are extremely lame, he was friends with jar jar binks, and he can't pick a damn side. Yahoo Answers sums it up nicely for me. But do keep in mind:  aslo, because i'm way too into this, anakin totally chops of dooku's when they last meet. |

I'm really not buying this see the future argument. Seeing the future did not prevent vader from getting pwned the multitude of times he was pwned in the past. Seeing the future didn't prevent him from losing two Death Stars, letting people escape him left and right, and ultimately getting dead.
So, sure, maybe he can see the future, but what's he going to do about it? Prescience just means Vader and I have something in common:
We both already know Batman's going to win.

he lost the death star because he was up against jedi, ei other people who can see the future!\
the whole thing is pretty simple:
1. batman can not EMP vader
2. batman, a pretty smart but not super smart guy, can't out smarter a man who can see the future AND dispplays an extremely advanced, even ellite, understanding of the force that binds the universe together.
3. batman has less money than vader, so he can't buy his way out of this one.
4. in a one on one fight has no chance against a future seeing lazer sword wielding space wizard wearing a suit that greatly inhances his physical abilities (a suit that btw may not even run on electricity, i'd have to find out what though).
vader consistantly defeats beings of races that are phisically superior and metaly superior to moder man. he's not just going to lose to some one way shittier than what he's already pwning man.
seriously guys, how can you be on an mtg board and not vote for the space wizard?

Sensing the future with the force doesn't give you a clear notion of what is going to happen, just flashes of things that might happen. And as far as premonitions during the fight goes, Vader will be fighting within the force dead zone created by Batman's ysalimir. In that dead zone, Vader will merely be a guy with a lightsaber and some cybernetics against one of the smartest, best-equipped, and most highly-trained close combatants ever to exist. He'll go down like a chump.

Also, Vader is unlikely to sneak up on Earth with the Death Star. Batman spends a lot of his time chilling out in the Justice League Satellite. It's in space, has teleportation systems (something Vader's team never came up with) and has monitoring technology from actual in-universe gods. And do you remember how long the Death Star took to warm up?
But at the end of the day, Vader is a whiny guy with human morality weighing him down as well as angst over his long lost loves and his children. LUKE SKYWALKER took him down, and Luke has practically no formal training whatsoever.

JLA is not cannon, even if it was, the bat doesn't get along to well wot those dudes
Also batman does not have the funds and resources to obtain a ysalimkr. He's not a super genius, he doesn't have the funds to invent non invented technology for the isolated underdeveloped planet he inhabits, and he's a loner too boot. He fights in a dirty city against some punks and crazies.
That might be bad ass, boesnt mean he's going to be able to use vigilante justice to defeat a superpowered space wizard with a multiplanet galaxy spanning empire, and an elite comand of the force that can control reality.
I know your clinging pretty strongly to the "anti-magic ring" defense. But clinging to the unobtainable, by means of the bat, isn't a very good defense
There is no shame in being taken out by the starwars chosen one "Luke skywalker"
Also the future thing is different for battle precognition and thy jazz. It's an elite force function.
