Did anyone ever think they'd but something like this on a creature? Not good in Vintage, buy just plain silly in everything else.

It will definitely see some play in UG decks mana accelerators and this guy will be an insane combination.

Can we say dredge enabler for Legacy? Uber card for reanimation? The pt is it puts things in your grave, and draws you more. Double whammy.

same could be said of Magus of the Bazaar and where is he??
Plus, with Magus you don't run the risk of giving your opponent answers if they had none already and comes down sooner.

Well, Windfall doesn't see much play. This card is like windfall...but it costs double blue....then another blue later....which gives them a turn to either empty their hand or kill it....nevermind, this card is not like Windfall...

Yeah, while obviously we can't just forget about this card forever because making that ability repeatable has serious potential for abuse, Windfall has sucked for years and I don't see this being better without a specific home for it.
