Well, the new from the Vault will likely have massive value. Here's a thread for people to speculate on what's in there. I could only narrow it down to 17 without agonizing too much. I'm not sure what 3 I'd cut out of this, but I'm expecting Ancient Tomb, Command Tower, Dryad Arbor, Mishra's Factory, Reliquary Tower, Thawing Glaciers and Vesuva. I'm guessing that the new card out of the next block will be a big deal. I think there's a good chance they'll stay away from cards that are part of a cylce, such as fetchlands, tri-lands, snow-lands etc.... I'm looking forward to this one!
Ancient Tomb Bosejiu, Who Shelter's All City of Brass Command Tower Dark Depths Darksteel Citadel Dryad Arbor Dust Bowl Gemstone Caverns Glacial Chasm Mishra's Factory (EvT art) Murmuring Bosk Reliquary Tower
Thawing Glaciers Tolaria West Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth Vesuva

Thawing Glaciers is on the reserved list. I am really hoping that Ancient Tomb is in though.

Have they confirmed anywhere that it's going to include a land from the new set? It would stand to reason that it would just based on the three non-Exiled FTVs released so far, but those announcements all specifically mentioned that it contains a new card, and this one did not. Did they say something about this in a different article?
Also, for reference, relevant lands on the Reser
A/B/U/Revised duals Bazaar of Baghdad Diamond Valley Elephant Graveyard Island of Wak-Wak Library of Alexandria Mishra's Workshop The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale Rainbow Vale Kjeldoran Outpost Lake of the Dead Thawing Glaciers Undiscovered Paradise Lotus Vale Volrath's Stronghold City of Traitors Gaea's Cradle Serra's Sanctum Tolarian Academy Yavimaya Hollow
And the irrelevant ones: City of Shadows, Sorrow's Path, Halls of Mist, Ice Age depletion lands, Balduvian Trading Post, Heart of Yavimaya, Sheltered Valley, Soldevi Excavations, Teferi's Isle, Griffin Canyon, Scorched Ruins, Winding Canyons

Wow, I didn't even think to check on the Thawing Glaciers, since the preview art really looks like it. Perhaps it's Glacial Chasm? How about some love for Griffin Canyon? It's part of a killer combo with anything that turns it into a creature-griffin. Winding Canyons also sees a lot of EDH play now.

Chances are good it is Glacial Chasm. Also, there won't be a Winding Canyons in it, as it is on the reserved list as well.

I see one major problem with your list. The spoiler did say: Some in new frame for the first time. You seem to have very few older cards in the list. I'd probably imagine some of these in there:
Arena (technically never new framed) Cephalid Coliseum Karakas
And some not so old ones: Mutavault
Command Tower seems like a bad idea also, since it will be in every commander deck ever made.

Command Tower seems like a bad idea also, since it will be in every commander deck ever made. Yes, and Guru Islands were a bad idea, since there are basic islands in every base set. I'll be surprised if they don't foil out Command Tower at some point, and this seems like the perfect time to do it. Karakas would be HUGE. It seems very likely that they'll reuse the Mishra's Factory art from Elspeth vs Tezzeret. They have a history of getting the most value possible out of art, with the FtV Sol Ring getting reprinted in Commander.

I think Wasteland has a good chance. Wasteland alone will fuel many MTGO sales because Maze of Ith, Karakas, etc. aren't really hot commodities online.
I'd bet strongly on Glacial Chasm (due to pic) and Dark Depths (pretty unique among lands in functionality).

I think that Dryad Arbor is the second most probably card to be in, aside from Glacial Chasm, given it's change in Oracle text from the color indicator rules/template change.

From the Vault: Realms 15 Premium foil cards, including 7 with new art
Ancient Tomb City of Brass Command Tower Dryad Arbor Glacial Chasm Karakas Kor Haven Lake of the Dead Mishra's Factory Pillar of the Paruns Reliquary Tower Rishadan Port Sejiri Steppe (or Bojuka Bog, they need another cheap filler in this slot) Tolaria West Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth Wasteland
That's what I'd liked to see in there, and think it would be a sweet mix. All of these lands have a special "realm" feeling to them, and it's a mix of a few big dollar cards with mostly smaller stuff that appeals to EDH players.

Well that's good, since my list is 16 cards, and Lake of the Dead was the last card I added, for val.

So, now that Command Tower is going to be a judge foil, anyone want to second guess that it will be in here?

I'm surprised nobody mentioned Forbidden Orchard. It is a "realmy" feel and very possible. It wouldn't be highly useful for much except fueling heart/oath decks.

Orchard is actually played in a fair number of multicolor EDH decks, since you can choose to whom you give the token. I actually wouldn't be surprised to see it reprinted.

Next judge foils, according to MTGS: Command Tower and Sneak Attack.
Likely prevents Command Tower from getting into FTV:Realms.

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.
Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops. I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.
