@ Handy question..... The harlem Shake is when you and a bunch of people "FAP" vigorously while dribbling a basketball. Keep in mind that, one does not simply escalate quickly till the bass drops.

I think you have the Harlem Shake confused with all those circle jerk competitions you've been attending.  It's hard to knock it though, considering how much money you've won at them.
